We use the word excited a lot here at The Grounds, but we love what we do, so who can blame us?! In any case we’re very excited to have launched our new Design Your Own Salad offering coming to you on weekdays from The Grounds Garden.
It’s a healthy option, one that you can literally eat every day without the guilt factor. So yes, we’re excited because who better to judge the tastiness and recommend the Design Your Own Salad option than our very own staff who eat this every single day. Let’s face it, a burger every day for lunch is the absolute dream, but as the famous saying goes “these hips don’t lie.”

Squeezing her omega-3s in with this colourful little combination, Gen (Special Events Producer), opts for a kale based salad packed with vivid roasted beets and grilled salmon pieces.
