How to earn points: In store
For dine-in and takeaway orders in-store, ask our friendly staff to scan your app’s unique QR code. Points will be automatically applied to your app and, if you already have some saved up, you can choose to redeem your points for a discount.
How to earn points: In app
Simply use your app as normal to order takeaway ahead of time and points will automatically be applied for every purchase.
Ordering Takeaway
We don’t like to wait in line and we bet you don’t either! So, for a swift pre-work brekkie, lunch time break or coffee pick-me-up that skips the queue, you can find delicious takeaway choices daily on The Grounds app.

Collect your food from the left side of the takeaway window. Coffee and chilled drinks can be collected from the bar window, located to the left of the takeaway window.

Coffee cards will no longer be in use at The Grounds but, not to worry, our new points system still equals your 10th coffee free; that’s if you wouldn’t rather redeem for a donut.
While reward points can be earned both in-app and in-store, they can only be redeemed on in-store purchases—both takeaway and dine in. Our clever little app elves are working on in-app redemptions too; stay tuned for updates.
