Visiting The Grounds
Here’s everything you need to know!
We’re open from 7am daily for brekkie, brunch or lunch in The Cafe or The Garden! Tables are strictly limited and bookings are essential.
The Potting Shed is open from 11am until late for lunch and dinner. Seats are limited, so make a book now to make sure you don’t miss out!

Q. How long will the Cinderella experience be at The Grounds?
A. Sadly, all good things must come to an end! Make a reservation to visit The Grounds of Alexandria before Sunday, 3 January 2021 to explore the Cinderella experience before it all disappears.
Q. Will Cinderella be visiting The Grounds?
A. No – Cinderella is busy living happily ever after, so she won’t be visiting The Grounds, but she’s kindly let us borrow her glass slipper and two of her beautiful gowns designed by Paolo Sebastian from the royal wardrobe, which are on display!
Q. What are The Grounds doing to help prevent the spread of COVID-19?
A. While we’ve always had strict hygiene practices and cleaning standards in place at The Grounds, we’ve taken additional steps to reduce the risks and protect our staff, guests and the wider community. Learn more here.
Q. What if I’m unable to visit The Grounds?
A. Don’t worry – The Pumpkin Carriage cake can be ordered online for pick-up from The Grounds of Alexandria or delivery to select Sydney suburbs, so that you can enjoy a taste of the magic at home. Order now.

A. For the time being, to help us adhere to the current regulations and to limit the number of people waiting in queues, tables must be pre-booked online. Make a booking for brekkie or lunch in The Cafe of The Garden here or reserve a table for lunch or dinner in The Potting Shed here.
Q. Do I need a booking to visit The Grounds?
A. No – you can also visit The Grounds to order takeaway or pick up your catering or ready-meal order.
We love new content for the ‘gram as much as the next person but for now, to help us maintain proper social distancing measures, please don’t stop by just to take photos. We know that the Cinderella experience is beautiful, but the safety of our guests, staff and the wider community is our top priority.
Q. Is there parking available at The Grounds?
A. Limited parking is available at The Grounds of Alexandria and entry to the carpark is via Huntley Street. While we can’t guarantee parking onsite, we will always try to prioritise the elderly, people with disabilities, parents with prams and young children and those who carpool with 3 or more people, where we can.
