Chocolate Belgium Waffle Recipe

Ingredients:
760g Plain Flour
320g Castor Sugar
3 teaspoons Baking Powder
100g Cocoa Powder
4 Egg Yolks
4 Egg Whites
400ml Melted Butter
700ml Milk
2 teaspoons Vanilla Paste
Method:
1. In a bowl combine all dry ingredients together and mix, using a kitchen aid or hand mixer. 2. In a separate bowl mix milk, egg yolks, vanilla paste and melted butter. Then, slowly add the dry mix until all is combined.
Then, beat the egg whites to a soft peak and gently fold this through mix.
Place the chocolate waffle batter into hot waffle irons till cooked and crispy.
Serve with warm chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream.
