Almond Breeze Berry and Banana Smoothie
It’s (nearly) summer and we think this is the perfect time to slurp on smoothies all day long. Our friends over at Almond Breeze have given us a great recipe which is healthy, delicious and dairy free, because sometimes almond milk just tastes better. Ingredients
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Breeze
½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
¾ cup of chopped strawberries
1 small banana (chopped)
1 tablespoon of Chia seeds (optional)
4 ice cubes
Directions
Place strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, chopped banana, Chia Seeds, Unsweetened Almond Breeze and ice cubes in a blender.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
