In these uncertain times, we’re committed to keeping you safe, but this does mean some changes to the usual experience. For the time being, anyone planning to visit The Grounds is encouraged to pre-book a table, to help us manage the venue capacity and maintain proper social distancing measures.

If you visit on Saturdays, Sundays or during the NSW school holidays without a reservation you may be asked to wait outside, without access to the Cinderella experience, until there are fewer people in the venue or a table becomes available. Please be aware that tables are limited and during these busy times, you may be waiting for long periods, so we encourage you to book early, before you arrive at The Grounds, to avoid disappointment.

During these peak periods, takeaway will be available from specially designated areas and our friendly staff will be able to guide you on the day.

Anyone who has pre-booked a Santa photo or is attending an event at The Grounds will be able to enter the precinct upon presentation of their event ticket or invitation.
