One tonne of chocolate. One epic Easter celebration!
Get ready for an eggs-citing Easter at The Grounds of Alexandria! Our annual Easter Egg Crack Eggs-travaganza is back, and we’re smashing open a colossal 1-tonne milk chocolate egg, created by the team at Hugos Chocolates, and sharing the sweet pieces with everyone. It’s a cracking good way to bring out your Easter cheer!

Looking for more than just chocolate? The Garden will be only throughout the evening serving a special menu of tasty food and drinks, so you can grab a bite, relax and enjoy the festivities.

Taxis and Rideshare (e.g. Uber, Ola, etc.) can drop off / pick up on Huntley Street.
Set the destination as The Grounds of Alexandria, or our street address (7a/2 Huntley Street, Alexandria NSW 2015).
Due to limited parking options in and around Alexandria, we encourage and recommend the use of public transport where possible.
Onsite parking is first come first served, meaning availability is not guaranteed, particularly on weekends and during holiday periods – please allow extra time if you are driving, or consider public transport options.
To access our onsite car park, enter via 2 Huntley Street (behind our Cafe).
Please note a 2 hour time limit is temporarily in place for parking during the day.
Street parking in the surrounding area can generally be found within a 10-15 minute walk.
Good places to check are:

• Burrows Road
• Maddox Street
Several pre-paid parking facilities can be found within a 10 minute walk of The Grounds, including at Sydney Corporate Park (entrance via Doody Street) and on Bourke Road.
