The Linseed House
The Grounds of Alexandria is growing and we’re over the moon to announce the opening of our new largest venue later this year. This timeless space with beauty & detail at every turn is the perfect space to host your next event.

THE GARDEN
Our biggest space, consisting of three areas; the Gazebo, the Arbour and the Patio, The Grounds’ abundant organic garden is overflowing with heirloom vegetables, blossoming flowers, fresh herbs and an abundance of seasonal fruits.

THE ATRIUM
Remaining true to The Grounds impeccable design aesthetic, this beautifully styled indoor garden atrium is a fresh, light and charming entertaining space privately located behind The Potting Shed. Enveloped in greenery, this romantic space is Parisian inspired with a rustic nursery tone.

THE ROASTERY
When the hustle & bustle of the The Cafe subsides of an afternoon, the charming space transforms into an inviting and intimate event location, ideal for hosting evening cocktail or seated celebrations. The former warehouse and 1900’s pie factory features a blend of contemporary & industrial details with polished tiles, steel frames and custom cabinetry.

THE PATIO
The Patio is the Garden’s very own oasis. The perfect backdrop for media launches, bridal and baby showers or a special celebration. Our Patio menus are catered around brunch, lunch and high teas. The Patio is a perfect platform to create a memorable event in a beautiful setting.

THE LOCK IN
If you’re nice to the Groundsman, he’ll let you in on our best-kept secret; the Lock-In. Hidden behind a huge door, The Lock In offers a space for guests and their friends to escape the humdrum of the day and unwind without disruption. It’s a place where staff take your coat and you can take your time.
