The Grounds is partnering up with Sweat for the Good Stuff (SFGS) to bring Yoga to our beautiful Atrium.
Our indoor sanctuary that will be heated is the perfect place to warm up with a morning yoga session or a cheeky evening session followed by a glass of wine at The Potting Shed.
The classes will be a Vinyasa Flow style for all levels – beginners welcome.
(SFGS) is a community initiative that enables you to give back to yourself while also giving back to the world. We collaborate with local businesses around Australia to bring you an assortment of accessible and affordable yoga classes held at their dreamy locations. We then use some of the proceeds from the sessions to support programs and services that draw people out of social isolation. To date, this has included mental health surf therapy, support services for the homeless, yoga programs for vulnerable communities, research support for suicide prevention; and school programs that smash the stigma around mental illness.
