While the month of love continues around The Grounds, we’re taking a moment to look back at our special Valentine’s Day garden event.
Our ‘Bohemian Love Story’ began with our Lover’s Lane installation, transforming the laneway with overflowing natural elements, wild flowers, Hanmade macrame pieces and eclectic rugs, to create a dreamy world to explore.
Our bohemian journey continued through the garden, with guests dining in a romantic garden oasis illuminated by eclectic lanterns, chandeliers and fairy lights.
For a food experience like no other, Executive Chef Paul McGrath designed an exquisite menu of five interactive food installations. At their own pace, guests explored the theatre of engaging food stations, which included a fresh seafood bar set on ice, a Spanish Tapas grazer, abundant Wood-fired offering of vegetarian & vegan options and a barbecue carvery station.
Saving the best ‘til last, our dessert laneway was almost too good to be true. With a make your own ‘smores station, gelato and bombe alaska cart, fresh crepes and donuts with your choice of toppings and more, it was heaven.
It was truly a spectacular night and we’re so grateful for the guests who shared it with us.
