For the ultimate spring racing setting, join us in The Grounds garden for an afternoon of champagne, spring florals, food, photo installations, entertainment and live streaming of the race.
Each ticket includes:
- A glass of Mumm Champagne or a beer on arrival
- 4 hours of roving canapés and late-afternoon food stations (full menu listed below)
- DJ from 12pm-6pm
- Large TV screens to view the races
- Spring florals and photo-installations in The Garden
- Drinks available for purchase, with cocktail pop-up bars from Pimm’s and Tanqueray Gin, and The Garden Bar serving wine, beers and cocktails.
For an additional 60.0pp, a 4 hour drinks package is available, including wine, beer and an offering from the Pimm’s and Tanqueray Gin pop-up bars.

• Selection of dips with freshly baked breads, crackers, olives and toasted nuts
• Freshly shucked Tasmanian Pacific oysters with Japanese ponzu, sesame and shallots
• Lobster mayo with celery, bitter orange and fresh cos on a brioche slider
Before the Race
• Beetroot cured ocean trout with horseradish and crème fraîche on a fresh blini
• Mini braised lamb shoulder pies with tahini
• Tartlet of tomato, cucumber and fresh mint with labneh
• Wild mushroom, kale and macadamia arancini with herb & parmesan aioli
• Poached chicken crostini with lemon, basil and capers
• Buttermilk fried chicken wings with slaw and Korean chilli mayo
• Beef sirloin sliders with confit onion and béarnaise sauce
• Snapper ceviche in a crisp taco shell with jalapeño avocado puree and fresh lime
